  • Sarah Hordern

    CEO

    With more than 20 years’ experience of operational real estate, property development, and strategic leadership Sarah leads the team to help organisations unlock long term social, human, and financial value from unused land assets.

    Sarah is currently a Non-Executive Director of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust and has recently authored a ground-breaking white paper on NHS Key Working Housing.

  • Helen Smith

    EA

    Helen keeps Perspicio running smoothly.

    She brings two decades of operational business experience, most recently as Chief of Staff to the Managing Partners of a Marylebone-based single family office. Prior to this, Helen was EA to the CEO at Fortnum & Mason.

  • Hattie Walker-Arnott

    Senior Regeneration Manager

    Hattie Walker-Arnott trained as a Chartered Surveyor in the Central London Development team at JLL. She worked at FTSE 250 REIT GPE as an Investment Manager. This role led her to the world of PropTech firstly as an investor and then in-house in an operational business.

    Hattie passed CFA Level 1 and has completed two Stanford Online courses on Machine Learning and Advanced Algorithms. She brings this technical financial experience to build the financial models for Perspicio.
